Pata negra ibérico ham canutillos with fried onion
Ingredients: onion, flour, toast and Iberian ham.
 
First of all cut the onion in small cubes.
 
After that, flour them and fry at 160 º C maximum.
 
Do not burn. Ideally lightly browned on the outside and inside deep-fried.
 
After removing from heat, let them dry on a paper towel.
 
Fill each slice of ham with these fried onion cubes as if they were cannelloni.
 
Once stuffed slices, arrange it on a toast and eat.
